1.5 Speed Camera Purchase

Hello, just paid for 1.5 year speed camera update and have received the two emails of the order and confirmation of payment. When i connect my via280
(via MyDrive Connect) nothing appears for updates. When going through the ordering process, i did notice the via280 was not on the list however I selected "other". Not sure if that was the issue.

Anyone else had the same issue that got resolved?

    Yes, would love to contact them however message advising of public holiday (which it isn't). Advised to go on-line for quick answers, well that is why i am here...
