Wrong mail address when purchasing new map

I bought a 1 year subscription for Europe maps, but I entered a wrong mail address for the confirmation code.

Now I can't receive the code, and can't activate the maps. I tried to send them a mail, but the "send" button is not working, and the mail is not send.

Whan I should do?
