Vio not connecting to the phone

Hi my Vio is not connecting to my phone. On start up it just shows a picture of a phone and the website for the app.

I have the app on my phone and it is not connecting to it.

It was working fine but then wouldn't connect so I've factory reset and uninstalled/reinstalled the app with no luck.

Anyone had a similar issue or know how to fix it?

    Could you reset your VIO as suggest by Mikko here

    Then try to pair the phone again.
