Speed camera update- Purchased but not offered in MyDrive Connect

I have purchased the update to my speed camera on my GO50 and received an order number (4xxxxxxx) but I am looking in vain for a lead to download the update. Can you please advise how I should now proceed? Thank you.

    Selecting 'here' does not take me to MyDrive Connect but rather Getting Started with Your Device.
    My Products shows my order 'in progress'. What does that mean?

    Hi Tony,

    "In progress" is a payment status. Normally the service is then already available. However, we've unfortunately, lately experienced some problems and the orders are not always becoming available. Please, report this to Customer Service. They can quickly sort this out for you :D
