Curfer looses connection to phone?

I'm having troubles with the track recording. Sometimes my whole track is recorded, sometimes only a part. The starting point is always recorded.
Since June it never failed doing so, but it started doing it somewhere mid September.
Im on ios 11.0 (15A372). Problem occured on ios 10 as well.
software version of app 1.7.4
curfer software version: 1.7.106
hardware version: 0
Loader version 1.1.2485

    Hi devuri,

    Welcome to the Community!

    When only part of your trip is recorded? Do you see the rest of the trip recorded as a separate track? If you make longer pauses and turn off the engine of your car CURFER stops recording and begins recording a new track ones you're moving again. For more information, please see here.

    No, it is not recorded at all. It just stops. I reinstalled the app, will see if this fixes it.

    I just tried to reconnect to the device, but the app says the device is connected to another user...
