MyDrive with iOS 11 problem
When I tried to complete setup in MyDrive it failed with 'FAILED TO SET UP SMARTPHONE MESSAGES'
The TomTom says it can receive calls but data and messages are 'unable to connect'
Looks like the MyDrive app needs an update to work with iOS 11.
Anyone else having problems with officially released iOS 11?

In short, a new install worked fine. It's possible the issue is with upgrading, but since this is so unpredictable, who knows?!

Thanks for coming back to confirm that! I've forwarded this to our technicians as well.
Also one thing to keep in mind regarding phone messages and TomTom Service is that these require internet connection to be on on your phone.

I have a new iPhone XS running OS 12.1.2 and a 18 month old iPhone 6s.
The iPhone 6s will pair to my Go600 and will give me traffic info.
The iPhone XS will pair to my Go600, but it will not give me traffic info.
The XS and the Go600 pair to each other and the XS asks me to confirm the number (the same number is displayed on the Go600).
The Go600 shows "phone connected" then 5 seconds later the Go600 shows an error....
"Unable to connect to TomTom MyDrive...check that the MyDrive app is installed and running". Of course it is running and I'm logged in to my tomtom account.
My iPhone XS is running OS 12.1.2
I've done the jungle drums reset on the Go600 and power the XS off and on.
I'm stuck.
Has anyone figured this tomtom my drive app issue out?

Smartphone messages rarely connects
I have a fresh copy of My Drive and am using Apple's latest software for my iPhone.
The whole thing connects easily and simply using an Android, but for personal reasons I prefer to connect via my iPhone if I could.
