GO 50 not responding to computer connection
I have Tom Tom Go 50, after July 2017 updates I lost the talking voice and then it wouldn't communication with my computer. It connects fine with the computer, the computer see's the GPS for about 10 seconds and I get a message device not responding. I have contacted support and spend 45 minutes restarting, plugging unplugging, trying different computer and different cables. My case was escalated to second tier and they told me to leave the device plugged and eventually It will reconnect itself, days have passed with no success also support have ignored my requests. If anyone can help will be greatly appreciated, my GPS is only 18 month’s old and I have two year warranty.
