Runner 3 will no longer upload activities to my mac? Can someone help please

Used to be be fine. Hasn't work for about 1month

    There is really not much that can be done with what you have posted. What error messages are you getting, what OS are you on, will it charge? We need some basics to do anything.

    Hi there. It's a Runner 3. Version 1.6.26. I connect it to a Mac OS X El Capitan Version 10.11.6. It was working fine up until the 24th August. Activities were uploading. Since then it connects okay and I get the following message: 'Somehow we couldn't upload your activities. We'll keep trying every few minutes'. It charges fine and I am able to upload new playlists to the watch from my Mac. I have left it connect overnight and all day, but it does not make any difference. I have tried updating the software to the watch and updating the software onto the Mac, but no luck.
