Clock changes to 12hr mode when I connect to PC/Mac

When I connect my watch to my Mac or PC it always changes the clock from 24hr to 12hr mode. I can't see any setting to stop it. It does my nut in. Yeah its not hard to change it back on the watch itself but id prefer it didn't.

Anyone know how to stop it.

    Go into Settings in the MySports website (click your name at the top right and select Settings>Preferences) and make sure it is set for 12 hour. The website determines what the watch displays. If it is not set right here it will reset every time you sync.

    Hi. The settings between your watch and the website should be sync'ed whenever you connect. So if you change (say) your date of birth on the website it will change on the watch and vice versa. If you change a setting on both then whichever one you set last takes priority.

    So if you keep having to change it on the watch that implies there is something wrong somewhere. I'll look into it.

    Hi, I can't seem to reproduce what you're seeing. I tried both with an existing account and a completely new account, but the watch always stayed in whatever I set it to. i.e.

    1. Set 24hr on the watch and then connect it to the PC
    2. Disconnect and it still has 24hr
    3. Check https://mysports.tomtom.com/app/settings/units/ and it is 24hr
    4. Set to 12hr on the watch and then connect to PC
    5. Disconnect and it still has 12hr
    6. Check https://mysports.tomtom.com/app/settings/units/ and it is 12hr
    7. Change website to 24hr. Connect watch, wait until charging.
    8. Disconnect and watch shows 24hr.

    I can't think of what could be different to cause your problem.
