QuickGPS Fix not working on Spark 3

Since some week ago my TomTom Spark 3 is not updating the QuickGPS. The icon on the watch remains in the "not up to date" state.

I tried to reset the watch, connect to the mobile app or via PC, but the issue is still active...

I don't know what to do.
Any suggestion?

    Plug the watch into your computer, click the gear icon in the Connect window and while holding the Control key hover the mouse over the reset button. It will change to read Turn off, click it an then unplug the watch. Plug it back in again and it should work.
