Subscription not showing-Android GO mobile app

Hi. I installed the app and paid for a 1 year subscription two days ago. The app keeps showing xx km left and there is no way to update the subscription update. Any help?

    Welcome to the Community!

    I suppose you're using a different account on your GO Mobile than you're using here as I can't see the subscription on your account. Please, make sure you're using the correct credentials in the app at Upgrade - Resume purchases.

    No. The app says there is a subscription but the button does not work. I will try for the last time, after which I will open a litigation in PayPal. I consider myself robbed. Thank you and farewell

    I'd recommend you to check this with Customer Service. They have better tools for dealing with purchase/account related queries and can help you get this sorted.
