If an activity has not been transferred to TomTom Sports automatically or lost during the transfer, you can transfer it manually. See the public FAQ here : Re-exporting the activities(Choose MAC® OS X® in the link)

I would advise you to make the iPhone forget the watch in the Bluetooth settings. (Tap the (i) next to the watch and then "Forget device")
After that, please have a look at the public FAQ here to pair your watch with your iPhone again: Pairing your watch to iOS device
