Firmware version degraded to v1.3.255 after a factory reset

Good morning, may runner 2 (cardio+music) upfraded automatically to V1.6.26 a few days ago. However, after I did a factory reset, it went back to V1.3.255.
Could you please help?

    Welcome to the Community!

    The software update V1.6.26 is a staged rollout and only released to 5% of the users. For now, you'll just have to wait for update notification.

    Also, stay tuned to the Forum since we'll be announcing it here once the update is released for all.

    Hi Filippo,

    If the update is offered depends on the IP address. So I guess you did the reset in a different network. Just connect the watch in the same network again where you had been offered the update.
