Runner 3 cardio + music GPX files not syncing

Allthough I followed the clear instruction videos on the TomTom website, the trails I've added via the website application ánd show on the TomTom Sports phone app, do not show up on my watch.
Are you syncing via the PC or the app? Try syncing from a computer and see if that helps, I am not sure they sync via BT.
