bad attention customer service

hi,

At the beginning of August, they picked up my watch, in order to repair it, in principle, it was going to be three weeks, we have already been a month and a half, and still have no answer, UPS, has lost the clock, and Tom Tom's technical service does not he gives me an answer, when I will receive a new one, that I have already been told that I would receive it.
A shame that the customer service is so bad.
when will I receive it?
it may never be. Is the customer service of Spain.

    Sorry for the delay in response. I just had a quick look at your case with the customer service and it has been escalated to a team which handles cases regarding lost devices or watches.

    I have sent them a heads up so someone will contact you with any updates they have.
