Speed camera purchase not working

The email sent to me that acknowledges my purchase says:
"Activate now!
Activating is key to use the product you just bought and couldn’t be easier. Click here and follow the simple steps! If you have any questions? We’re here to help . "
However the "click here" does nothing. I have tried two computers.

What to do?
