Connect TomTom Sport with BLE

I'm developing an application on the android platform to collect data from Tomtom Sport, I wonder if there is any SDK that I can connect my application with tomtom sport?

There is a developers toolkit that allows you to access data from the cloud after an activity, but not access the watch software:
