Broken strap problem with watch

Hi I bought my watch 30 03 2016 and my strap is again broken please send my next replacement
This is a user forum, not an order line. You need to call Customer Support to get this taken care of, although at 18 months old you are likely out of warranty. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

He said again... so, maybe just maybe, he broke the substitute strap. Different than the original.
