Map removal from my account that is no longer active

Hope someone can help. I have The whole of Europe installed on my device.I used to have Western Europe only, now it keeps telling me my Western Europe has expired. Is there any way of removeing this from my account so I don't keep getting asked to renew. Thank you.

    The services are assigned to your device, not your account. Unfortunately, this means that they cannot be removed. I'll log this as an improvement request for the product team.
