TomTom Blue&Me boot loop after update latest map

Hi all, I've a problem on my tom tom go blue&me. Today I purchase the new map europe and intalled on device via tom tom home. The download and install process is ok, but after reboot the device start a boot loop.
I try to remove software from memory card and perform a tom tom update via tom tom home without any success.
does anybody have a solution?

Welcome to the Community!
I'd first recommend you to reset your device by pressing and holding down the power button until you hear a drumming sound (ca 15 sec).
Should that not help you sort this out, please set your device to recovery mode [support FAQ - Red X]. Please note, that this will delete your saved favourites, home location and recent destinations. You can save your favourites to your computer [Support FAQ - Save Favourites].

Thanks for your suggestion. I try to reset the device but unfortunately it is still in bootloop.
I finally fix the device by erasing all internal folder and perform a reinstall via tom tom home.
Now the device working well.
