Not even eight months down the line and my strap is breaking in two places. What nonsense is this. Feedback from TomTom site is non-existent and buying a replacement strap (IF YOU CAN FIND ONE) cost R400. This is the point where I realize the truly awesome service supplied by Polar. Straps and watch casings are replaced for up to three years after purchase. No issues. Not impressed TomTom. I will spread the word....

Did you try to call or mail customer support? In general they ar every good in helping out.
