Condensation and out of warranty

I have a question. When the device has condensation issue and the the device is out of warranty. Will tomtom replace the device? It is a well known production fault.
And now the rider 400 are now getting out of warranty and the condensation problem is still a "hot" issue.
On Facebook page from dutch tomtom groep there are a lot of people with this issue.
Mikkok can you give us an answer about this subject?

    Hi Jelle,

    I've already commented on this here. Customer Services makes warrant decisions on case-by-case bases and I can't promise anything here on their behalf.

    OK so it may be a chargeable repair. But can TT actually rectify the issue or is the can being kicked down the road. I don’t mind paying - I want it fixed
