Turn off flashing cadence meter on the RUNNER 3

I have somehow turned on the Cadence meter sensor and the symbol won't stop flashing on my watch as it tries to Sync with a non existant cadence sensor on mmy stationary bike.This leaves the watch ina "waiting zone" and wont record the work out

Pls assist

    Press down from the clock and select Sensors>Bike and switch it to Off. I hope this helped answer your question. If so, please mark it as a solution so others can look for it if they have the same question.
