Very disappointed with the durability of the TomTom watch straps. After 4 months since the purchase, it broke a little below the button. The value of these straps, in Brazil at least, is 10% of the value of the watch. I took it to the store, who sent it to the distributor, who said that it will not do anything. Sincerely, for the value of the watch and spare straps, and for several comments on the internet about breakages on the same part of the strap, it is very difficult for us to be loyal to this brand. I expected another kind of response. I just wanted to share with you what happened

Tomtom sent me a spark3 strap. Less comfortable but shockproof.
In case you have a problem with your strap - and your watch is in warranty - you can request a replacement strap here (if needed, change country from the bottom of the page).
