Activity not syncing

I've read the many, many other threads about this problem (it seems like at some point TomTom should just make a feature to manually sync activities, huh?) and I've found the .ttbin file corresponding to my activity. I double click and... nothing at all happens. The MySports App blinks in the task bar (Windows 10), but the screen just stays on "charging" or "ready" or whatever, including when the watch is not connected. Anyone have any other ideas?

    I have the same issue, can't sync activities, not with connecting watch to computer nor via bluetooth on the app. Did reset watch and restart everything, still not working! Would be nixe to get the issue fixed - Thanks!

    It must be issue with the latest update as I can't sync activities at the moment either.

    Same problems here. My two friends with tomtoms can't get their watches to sync either. I usually am good with this stuff and get it figured out quickly but nothing I'm doing is working.

    I'm also going into the settings screen and see "1 activity waiting to upload to Tomtom Sports", but every attempt fails.

    Same here. Last upload worked on Wednesday (two days ago). Stuck uploading today's workout.

    Also stuck as well.

    It's such a buggy piece of software. I have to make sure I am off wifi if I want to sync via my android. I have to restart the PC to make the MySports software happy. I have to come read these boards once a month to see why my sync has failed.

    Definitely trying a Suunto next time round.

    Update: Some random 10 second activity I made as a test uploaded 24 hours later. My actual run is gone forever. But at least the app works again now, even though I never received any reply from TomTom and have no idea how to fix the problem if it happens again.

    Hi. Double click to upload ttbins has not been a feature for over a year. To re-export a ttbin using Sports Connect you place all the ttbins into the [serial number] folder and the Sports Connect Settings page will have a 'Try Again' button.
