GPS won't connect on Golfer 2

I recently received the Golfer 2 SE as a gift. I've set it up through the computer, even paired it with my iPhone and the Golfer app. But when I try to start a round by clicking right, it won't connect to the GPS and just stays on the "please wait" screen. The GPS icon on the top left shows zero coverage and it keeps blinking.
Any advice? Thanks

    Welcome to the Community and sorry for my late reply here!

    Did you get this sorted already? If not, I'd recommend you to first reset your watch as instructed this FAQ [support FAQ - Factory reset]. Start with the Power-off reset as that doesn't require reinstalling the courses.
