Syncing not successful via MyDrive website

When trying to edit a favourite in My drive I now get message saying 'syncing not successful' it's always been ok until today? tried different browsers..

Mac OS Siera - 10.12.6 - Chrome - Firefox- Safari - Opera

    Are you logged in with your account credentials on "MyDrive" On the Rider 410
    Tap (.... Menu) -> Tomtom Services -> MyDrive.....

    yes all I am trying to do is edit one of my places (ie rename it) on the Mac.. it then normally synch's with the 410.. this is now not working? however I have just discovered that if a rename it on the 410 it now synch's on the Mac wtf? its a work around!
