Purchased map not appearing in MyDrive

Purchased a map for Canada a week ago and there is no update in MyDrive to install the map. Leaving in a couple weeks and getting pretty annoyed. Only have one account and one device with TomTom and the invoice was sent to me 5 days ago. Any help would be welcomed!
