Golfer 2 doesn't turn on

Hello,

I got this watch yesterday, and since then I have connected it to my computer as indicated for loaded and upgrade it. But when the software tells me that my watch is loaded and up to date, I only see a full battery symbol on it with the url "tomtom.com/123" at the bottom of the screen. And what's even stranger is that when I disconnect my watch from my computer, nothing appears, no matter that I press the buttons, it does not turn on.

Someone could help me Please

    I had the same problem as well. What I did was to charge it completely using a charger first until it's fully charged. Then disconnect it from the charger and use the tomtom sports app to connect it to using Bluetooth. You may need to pair it first with the smartphone.
