Regarding new purchased map

I have purchased a downloadable new map online on 18 August but I have yet recevied it. my order status in my drive connect marks completed but I can not find the download option in in my drive connect.

    Try the Content tab of MyDriveConnect with your device connected.

    I had a quick look at your account and I see the map has not been assigned to your device.

    I would advise you to please contact customer support as they should be able to assist you with this. You can click on the 'Contact us' link at the bottom of this page to do so.
