I have buy my TomTom Vio 6 months ago and i had always connection problems device/smartphone. With the new iOS and TomTom App the connection problems are (maybe) resolved but now the TomTom App crash it almost always. I'am very disappointed. This Device is not to buy! :(

    I'm sorry to hear of your issue! Unfortunately, there has indeed been connectivity issues with the VIO app and iPhone. We've been able to solve them for the majority of scenarios but unfortunately some customers are still experiencing them. We're investigating these issues and working hard to find a solution as soon as possible.

    I've logged your info into the ticket about this.

    Apparently not yet... maybe the update to ios 11 can solve, or either add new issues... who knows?
    Unfotunately my old iphone 5does not update tomios 11, so I have to stick to historical connectivity problems...
