POI's on GO Mobile for IOS

TheelepelTheelepel Posts: 4 [Neophyte Traveler]

I made some POI's in the tomtom mydrive site, these do not appear on my places when using TomTom Go on IOS. Is there some other way i can add POI's to the IOS app?
I must be doing something wrong, as i cannot imagine that the POI support is not there...

    Hi Theelepel,

As MikkoK said, MyDrive is not yet supported on the GO Mobile for iPhone, but it will be soon. But we've been wait for "soon" for a very long time! :(

Unfortunately,iMazing can't help with iOS GO Mobile because:
    1. iOS GO Mobile isn't set up that way, or a least I can't find it
    2. Every since iOS 8.3, every app has to be coded to enable "File Sharing" of its documents - TomTom have deemed that it's not necessary for iOS GO Mobile to have File Sharing.

If you have the old legacy app, then you CAN use iMazing to load your .ov2 and .bmp files into the following folder in order to use your custom POIs:
