Have purchased updates for Blue and Me Tom Tom 2 and am unable to connect device to computer. Computer has Windows 10 operating system.

    Welcome to the Community!

    You seem to have selected some voice updates and some of them haven't completed yet. I'd recommend you to reset your device and connect it back to your computer.
