Repaired GPS watch won't register

I just got my GPS watch back from being repaired and it said a factory reset was performed. When I plug it into the computer and try to log in and register the watch it tells me that "There was a problem registering your device." Does anyone know how to get around this? I have no idea what the problem actually is.

    Never mind - it turned out to be an odd problem with My Sports rather than the watch itself. When I tried another part of the website it said my password was incorrect (which it wasn't because I use a password manager). I reset my password and now the watch has been registered.
