Parkrun offer with bonus strap with purchase of the new TomTom Adventurer'.

Has anyone received there TomTom Adventurer but has not received the bonus strap as part of the PARKRUN email offer
If you did not receive part of a special offer you should call Customer Support, there is not really anything that can be done about it on the user forum. The chances of someone who took advantage of the offer being on here and seeing your post are pretty small and it may be more expedient to have CS deal with it. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
