Subcription gone after reinstalling GO mobile app Android

I had to reinstall mij Tomtom Go app. Had a good 2 years left on the subscription. But after the reinstall its gonne. When I try to recover my purchase it says there arent any. And when I press purchase it there is no pop up saying I already have. I would like my 2 remaining years!

    I don't see a subscription on your account. Are you sure you're using the same logins?
