Headphones doesn't charge

I bought my tomtom spark music last week and the headphones doesn't switch on.
I put then on charger for 24 hour and no answer at all. It seems like It came with problem.
does any one has an solution?

Are you holding the power button (the middle one) for at least 5 seconds? It must be pressed and held to power on and off (to avoid accidentally turning it off while in use).
