Can't charge my watch

i have problem with recharge my watch, always when i try to recharge it not going well, i need connect and disconnect few times before it begin to recharge my watch, and it going worse every recharge, what can be the problem?
i tried replaced usb charger and also i replaced my laptop with other one, and still same problem.
i have this watch near to half year, do i have warranty for replace it or have any other way check what wrong with the watch?

    Did you replace the charging cable that came with the watch or the block you are plugging it into? If it takes several attempts to get it to charge, my guess would be the cable is failing. Call Customer Support and they can replace it, it is covered under warranty. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
