Live services wont work-Renault megane 2013

I drive a Renault megane 2013 and I have paid for the live services. The order is "complete" as per my profile. Software updated and everything. I would have thought that the live services would come up as part of my updates when I put the SD card in my computer and open my drive but nothing.

Then I read in here that it will activate automatically. This hasnt happened. It just keeps looking for traffic signal and never connects.

Please assist.

    If the SIM wasn't used for LIVE services for over 2 years, it might be disabled. When was the service operational last time?

    I have had the same problem with a Renault Megane 2012 - I bought TomTom LIVE services at the end of June last year and have never been able to connect, despite doing all the correct procedures on my computer and the order showing as "complete".
