Runner 3 and Sports Connect 'Tidying up'

My Tom-tom app on my Mac updated overnight and I was prompted to update my Runner 3 It has been "Tidying up" for over half an hour which it has never done before, I have ejected it and started again it flies through all the first steps but again is Hanging on the tidy up stage, anybody else experienced this and have a solution?

    Not sure if this will help you. I faced the same issue with my Spark 3 cardio. After performing reset using Sport Connect app --> Settings --> Reset, I was able to connect and sync successfully.

    Hope this will help.
    Note - Reset will erase all data. When you register the device using your existing tomtom account it will restore back all previous data.
