Can't remember or change account password!

Hi,

Going nuts trying to sort this out - I have a mysports account, which automatically is accessed when I use TomTom Connect with my Runner 3 watch, but I cannot actually remember the account password. The real problem is that if I go to the forgot password dialogue and enter my email address I get the following:

Have had to create a separate account to post this - why can't I get a password reset email sent to me?
