Contacting TomTom for Runner 3 Strap Tear

Hi All,

It seems impossible to get in touch with TomTom through their support channels, just keeps redirecting online when trying to log in. My Runner 3 Cardio strap is tearing in 2 places, even though the watch was bought in February. Has anyone experienced the same? If so, how did you go about getting it replaced?

    Support is very good about replacing straps, which are covered under the warranty. To get the number for Customer Support, go to, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
