Smart media System and live services
here my problem......
4 months ago I bought a smart for two last model used .... the car is equipped with the smart media system navigator
The navigator was perfect in all-inclusive live services (weather- traffic-autovelox ).
From about a month I have no more live services.
The screen shows "Service not available at this time, try again later"
How can i reactivate my live services ??

Contact Customer Services on Monday to re-activate the 'Live' services also make sure you have the latest version of MyDriveConnect (MDC) get it from here

problem solved as follow .....
I contacted the assistance you had told me ....
The problem was that if you bought the used car, the old owner had handcuffed his Tomtom account to another car and my car was missing.
The tomtom operator (Mr. Hussein) knew perfectly how to fix the problem .... he connected my Tomtom account with the serial number of the navigator ... after a while he told me to reset the settings and bring the navigator At factory settings.
All live services are back.
