Weird... Run on watch, won't upload

First use of the watch, I've had difficulty getting it to sync and a factory reset and deletion of the tom tom account - eventually got it working.i
I went for a run this morning and the watch sync'd with the phone as I got back.
But on the entries on mysports does not show this run, only stats from a gym session yesterday. But looking at the watch, the run information is clearly there.....
I've tried syncing and using the PC connection too.
I've checked for the ttbin file and ran that, but still nothing showing up on the app or web.

Any ideas?

    Just because it is on the watch does not mean it can be uploaded. What you are seeing in the history is just summary data, there is no detail behind it. If you go to About and check the storage bar you can tell if anything is on the match by seeing if any bars are lit up. if not the memory is cleared. You say you ran the ttbin, how did you do this? Double clicking it does nothing. To force MySports to reupload an activity you need to do the following:

    1. Exit MySports Connect on your computer (you must use a computer to reupload – right click on the tray icon and select Exit).
    2. Locate the ttbin files:

    PC Syncing: The ttbins are saved in a dated folder for the date of the activity under C:\Users\{User Name}\TomTom MySports\{Watch Name}

    Apple Devices: Locate the ttbin files in iTunes:
    a. Connect your iOS device to your computer and wait for iTunes to open.
    b. Select your iOS device in the iTunes sidebar.
    c. Select the Apps tab and scroll down to File Sharing.
    d. Select MySports.
    e. The ttbin files are listed on the right hand side.
    f. Right-click (Mac: ctrl-click) a file to copy it and save it to your computer

    Android Devices: In Android, the ttbin files are stored on the internal SD in (/sdcard/TomTom_MySports/[serial number of watch]/workouts/uploaded/). Copy them to your computer

    3. Place the ttbin files in C:\Users\[user name]\TomTom MySports\[serial number]
    4. Restart MySports Connect and connect your watch
    5. Go the Settings page (click the gear icon on the top right) and press the 'Try again' button to re-upload the files.

    Similar problem here. The data are stored in my watch, however when I sync it with my PC can't find them in the app.
    Any ideas?

    Hi. As tfarabaugh's post says, the data you see on your watch is just the history. Whichever device you first sync'ed with after finishing the activity will have the data. This is most likely your phone since Sports Connect on the PC will show if any activities have not been uploaded.

    Follow the steps in tfarabaugh's post to locate the actvity on your phone and copy it to the the PC to force and upload.
