I lost one of my headphone's rubber tips. Can I order a set of replacement tips for my Spark3 headphones? thank you

    I have not seen them for sale anywhere, but you may be able to get generic ones that work from a local store. I would also suggest calling Customer Support and seeing what they can do. They may be able to send you just the tips. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    After calling support they reminded that original box came with a few extra headphone tips, so I found the original box and was able to replace the missing ear piece tip. thank you
