Spark strap replacement

'Have my tomtom spark foe 16 months love the watch but replace the strap three time. the shop where i bought it from told me the supplier warranty nis only 12 months and they cant claim a new strap. Am i gone replace this strap for ever in my live this is a bad design. What is the next step please i need a answer before the morning cause i am gone replace this with something else'.

    Call TT Customer Support and deal with them directly. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).

    Like you I am on my third strap as well. I think between the plastic not being strong enough, and too thin in certain places, it always seems to give way somewhere. (and different places each time). But every time I have called the support desk and they have sent one out free of charge. Why would you not call first instead of just going out and buying one. TomTom has been terrific in this regard, as they should.
