Can you use the indoor cycling option without a cadence sensor?

    Yes, just make sure the bike sensor is turned off in the Sensor sub-menu of the Setting menu. It will allow you to start without a sensor but will only track duration, HR and calories burned based on HR. You will not get distance or speed because there is no sensor to detect it.
