On my spark 3 when I pick it up in the morning it has already recorded steps and distance (988 ie) and I did not wear or touch it during the night
Any ideas

    Are you wearing it or leaving it on a bedside table? Steps are calculated by the accelerometer so it can pick up incidental movement so if you are wearing it, it may be picking up some that way, although close to 1,000 seems quite high.

    It was on the table, not wearing it. Have bought it last friday so pretty new. Will try again this night
