Does Runner 3 measure meters climbed when cycling?

Just wondering the the Runner 3, which I will only use for cycling, measures elevation/metres climbed during a spin?

    No it does not. It does not have an altimeter in it and does not use GPS elevation (too inaccurate). You can see it after the fact in MySports as it calculates the climb off of a digital elevation model, but not on the watch itself.
