Can't register and set up my Spark??

I continue to get an error registering, then i try to login again and login states my username or password is wrong! I have used 2 hours now and still cannot get connected. This is the WORST website ever.
in addition, i have contacted support and heard nothing back. Obviously this is not the brand for me.

    What is the specific error message? Do you have full administrative rights on the machine (particularly if it is a work computer) with no bitlocker or other security software? You may want to try using a different computer and see if it works n that one as there may be a setting on your machine blocking the software. You can also try factory resetting the watch and starting over with a new account using a different email. To do a factory reset, make sure the Connect software is running and dock the device to your computer. The Connect window will open; press the gear at the top right and select factory reset from the next screen. Follow the steps provided and when prompted to register or sign in to MySports, select sign in and use your existing account credentials. It is fairly straightforward and should take less than 5 minutes.

    How did you contact Customer support? If by email it will take several days for them to get back to you, you are better off calling on Monday (they are not open on the weekends) and talking to someone directly who can walk through all the settings on your computer. To get the number for Customer Support, go to tomtom.com/support, choose Contact at the bottom, select the service required and the product name and click Contact Customer Care and then Phone Us. It will give you the phone number for the country your account is registered under (this can be changed by clicking the flag icon in the bottom right corner of the screen).
